Cancellation Policy

Photo Booth Rental Agreement & Policy 1. Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date and time for the Photo Booth rental. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or on the event date, as agreed upon in the invoice. Your event date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. 2. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their Photo Booth rental and receive a full refund of their deposit 2 weeks before the event. However, in the event of extraordinary or extreme circumstances (including but not limited to last-minute cancellations, failure to communicate, venue access issues, or breach of agreement), refund approval will be at the sole discretion of the Photo Booth Provider. All cancellation requests must be submitted in by email. 3. Damage & Liability The Client is fully responsible for the care and protection of all Photo Booth equipment during the rental period. This includes responsibility for guests’ actions. If any equipment, backdrops, printer, camera, lighting, or other materials are lost, stolen, or damaged at the venue or private residence location, the Client agrees to: Pay for the full replacement cost of damaged or missing items Cover any repair costs required to restore equipment Compensate for any downtime caused by the damage, if applicable Payment for damages must be made within 7 days of receiving an invoice for replacement or repair costs. 4. Safe Environment Requirement The Client agrees to provide a safe and secure environment for operation of the Photo Booth. The Photo Booth Provider reserves the right to shut down equipment if: Guests are misusing the equipment There is risk of damage There is unsafe behavior Weather conditions pose a risk to equipment (for outdoor events) No refunds will be issued if service is discontinued due to unsafe conditions or misuse. 5. Venue & Space Requirements The Client is responsible for ensuring: Adequate space for setup Access to reliable power outlets Protection from weather if outdoors Safe, level flooring Any delays caused by lack of access or improper setup conditions may reduce operating time without refund. 6. Agreement By paying the deposit and signing the rental agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above.
